Two native launches

The coin is created on pump.fun and on PONS in the same second, with the same opening market cap. It trades on each chain's own venues: pump.fun, Axiom and GMGN on Solana; PONS on Robinhood Chain.

One market maker

A maker holds inventory and cash on both chains. When one side runs more than 5% ahead it sells there and buys the other, closing the gap in well under a second. It never adds unhedged exposure.

Fees feed it

Creator rewards from both chains flow back to the maker, so the mirror funds itself. For coins launched through an auction, fees above the maker's launch cash go on to the flywheel. Graduation happens on each chain on its own terms; while a pool is being opened the other side is held to the last price.

Fees come in

Each auction coin earns a 2% creator fee on every trade, on pump.fun and on PONS. Its treasury claims them into the coin's own market maker.

The maker stays whole

Fees first top the maker back up to the cash it launched with, plus a gas reserve. A maker that has been spending to hold its peg keeps its fees until it is whole again. Maker capital itself is never spent on burns.

The rest buys and burns TWINE

Everything above that buys TWINE on the chain the fee came from and burns it, so the supply falls with every coin's volume. Each burn is a public transaction, listed below as it happens.

How this works

Contribute in SOL or in Robinhood ETH. Send any amount over $5 to the address for that chain. Every transfer is credited within a few seconds.
When the target is reached the coin launches. On pump.fun and on PONS in the same second, at the same opening market cap.
Your money buys your allocation, 1:1. SOL contributors receive the pump.fun coin, ETH contributors the Robinhood Chain coin: your contribution divided by the opening market cap, the same tokens per dollar on either chain. The whole launch pile is bought inside the creation transaction, so nothing can get in front of it. One wallet can fund at most 5% of the target and either chain at most 60% of it; anything above those caps is refunded automatically. Tokens land in the sending wallet within minutes of launch.
The rest funds the coin's market maker. The part of the raise not spent on the launch is its cash, and the part of the launch pile not owed to contributors is its inventory. It holds both on both chains and keeps the two market caps within 5% of each other. Its creator fees top it back up; everything above its launch cash buys and burns TWINE (the flywheel).
Not filled by the deadline? Refunded. Every contribution goes back to its sender automatically, minus the network fee.

What an auction does

Raises SOL and Robinhood ETH for one coin. Contributors send to two deposit addresses. Nothing to sign, no wallet connection.
Launches on both chains when it fills. pump.fun and PONS in the same second, at the same opening market cap, with a 2% creator fee on each side.
Pays contributors 1:1. Every contribution becomes tokens at the opening market cap, bought inside the creation transaction on both chains. What is left of the raise funds the coin's own market maker, which keeps the two prices within 5%. One wallet may fund at most 5% of the target, and either chain at most 60%, so no raise can end up too lopsided to pay everyone 1:1.
Refunds if it fails. Deadline passes below target: every contribution returns to its sender.
Feeds the flywheel. Creator fees beyond what the maker needs buy and burn TWINE.
